Set in London in 1666, Hannah's adventures are interrupted by the Great Fire of London. This proves near-fatal to the sweet shop but, as before, it all turns out right in the end.... A rattling good read, this adds lots of detail and colour to a study of C17th London. Good readers in Year 8 would enjoy this, as a complement to their history studies. And it has a happy ending!
