Review:
From the very earliest to the most modern, this is an amazing collection that tells the story of the motor cycle, and the men who built, rode and raced them. An almost overwhelming collection of bikes in all shapes and sizes, that shows what was, for much of the C20th, one of Britain's foremost industries.
You don't have to be a biker to appreciate the beauty of some of these machines, or of the achievements of the designers and manufacturers. The sheer variety of uses - from beer delivery to taxi to machine gun carriage brings home just how important motor bikes were before the modern age when everyone could afford a car.
A terrific place to spend an afternoon.
