Review:
Reconstruction of a steam atmospheric engine, taken down from beside a Midland's canal, where it pumped water from a reservoir into the canal, and reconstructed in his home town in honour of the 'inventor' of the steam engine. The Atmospheric Engine played a huge part in the Industrial Revolution. Thomas Newcomen was born and worked in Dartmouth.
