Description:
A small museum inside the Keep of Carisbrooke Castle.
Review:
A wide-ranging collection, from a silver penny dating from Norman times, through arms and armour, the Civil War and the various uses of the Keep and Castle. The top floor has an interesting exhibition of toys and childrens' memorabilia from Victorian times. A small, yet effective and evocative exhibition that brings the castle to life as an excellent complement to the buildings.
