As well as the census returns this resource includes poor law data, the 1851 religious census, two directories for the 1830s and 1840s, extracts from some Census enumerators books, and much much more. All this comes with supporting suggestions and worksheets for using the materials effectively at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and 5. There is also a booklet explaining the nature of the data and its strengths and limitations. Plenty of source material here for local studies.
