A whole host of factors exploring why the Soviet Union defeated the Nazis. Ask your students to prioritise them; to eliminate those that are not important; to decide whether it was Nazi mistakes or Soviet strengths; whether Stalin aided or limited the war effort; and just how important was Allied help. Which factors are missing? Also, of course, they will need detailed facts, figures, quotes and examples to support their argument.
